Drive Interest
Staff views stipend positions on Tourney Direct or from an email you send. A Coach selects and submits their interest with the click of a button.
Step 3
Select Your Staff
View interested staff. Select and confirm for a stipend the coaches you want to have attend/work your event. Assign a stipend amount.

Message Staff
Send event details to confirmed coaches, notify coaches on the standby list that a stipend spot opened up, and thank coaches in attendance at the end of your event.
Send Reminders
Automatic event reminders are sent to confirmed coaches 60 days, 30 days, 2 weeks, week of, and day of to ensure coaches have the details they need to prepare and plan.
Check Coaches In
Use the QR code automatically generated and sent to you to check coaches in and view who is in attendance - whether a coach was confirmed or just showed up to recruit all in a single event dashboard view.
