Sign up for a coach portal account. Once you’ve completed the registration process, check-out our stipends page to find stipend opportunities. Utilize our latest filters to easily sort by event type (women's or men's), location, or date.

For individual events, please refer to the event details page located in your coach stipend portal for complete details on how the stipend payment will be paid out and the projected turn-around time. For events using TD Pay, upon receipt of the stipend budget from the event operator, your stipend will be deposited directly into the account of your choice. At any time in the payment process you can click on the My Payments tab in your coach stipend portal, then click on the View Account button to see where in the payment process your stipend payment is.

• You may cancel your confirmed attendance at any time by logging into the Tourney Direct coach stipend portal, locating the confirmed event on your event dashboard and clicking the trash can icon to submit your cancellation. This sends a notification to both Tourney Direct and the event operator alerting them to the change in your attendance.
• To transfer your confirmed stipend spot to another coach, please send an email to info@tourneydirect.com to alert them of your request to transfer your stipend. Please be sure to include the name of the event and the name of the coach you wish to transfer the stipend to.

Yes, Tourney Direct allows you to manage multiple coaching engagements simultaneously. You can view and organize all your coaching gigs, schedules, and payments in one place.

If you need to cancel a coaching gig, simply update your status on the platform as soon as possible. This will notify the event organizers and allow them to find a replacement quickly. Our system is designed to handle such changes efficiently to ensure smooth event operations

Our platform ensures that all forms are accurately processed and submitted, so you can focus on coaching without worrying about tax compliance. At the end of the year, you will receive your 1099 forms, which can be e-filed or mailed to you, making it easy to manage your taxes.

Register for an Event Operator account, select your service, and subscribe. Then, you can post your event details by clicking on the “Add Event” button on the portal home page.
