There’s nothing to getting started with TD Staff. All you have to do is:

  • Register for an Event Operator account
  • Select TD Staff as your service and subscribe
  • Enter your info and manage and monitor with ease

From Scoring Staff to Parking Attendants: TD Staff Has You Covered

TD Staff’s services go beyond just staffing your event with coaches. You can utilize our platform to manage all types of day-of-event staff, including table staff, check-in info tent staff, scoring staff, shot clock staff, parking attendants, general field marshals, and more. Our advanced tools and features have been extended to ensure comprehensive event staff management.

Our platform allows you to invite event staff using our easy-to-use invite form or by emailing an event interest form to last year’s staff. As the interest comes in, you can confirm those you want to work and assign them a stipend amount. You can assign roles and responsibilities from our drop-down list or create your own custom roles. Just like managing coaches, you can now manage your event staff needs and budget with ease. Automated reminders are sent out starting 60 days before your event to keep your staff informed and prepared. You can message your event staff to share vital event details such as arrival times, expectations, schedule information, and more. Upon arrival, the same QR check-in process and code can be used for hassle-free staff check-in.

Additionally, by integrating TD Pay, we handle W9 collection, stipend payments, tax 1099 forms, and more, simplifying financial management for your event.
