End of year tax reporting and filing managed by TD Pay
1099 Reporting and Filing by TD Pay is a multi-prong approach managed by TD:
- Initial Coach W9 information is validated
- Coaches can select to receive via e-file, paper copy mailed, or both
- e-filing and mailed hard copies are sent out the third week in January
- Coaches can access a copy of their 1099 form directly online
- An end of year stipend payment pay-out report is provided to event operators
