Built from the field. Designed to scale.

We’ve lived youth sports from every angle — as former collegiate athletes, parents, partners of coaches, and event organizers.

We know the grind firsthand: recruiting staff, juggling spreadsheets, writing checks late at night, chasing W-9s, and bracing for game-day chaos. The work is essential, but the way it’s done is often broken, unscalable, and held together with duct tape.

We’ve also seen how critical these events are beyond competition — they support the livelihoods of coaches, trainers, officials, and staff who keep youth sports running.

Alongside that firsthand experience, our team brings decades of enterprise operational and technology leadership. We’ve spent 20+ years leading large-scale strategy and transformation efforts for Fortune 100 organizations, helping complex operations move from fragile, manual systems to scalable, reliable platforms.

Tourney Direct was built at the intersection of those two worlds.

It’s a platform born from the realities of the field, engineered with precision, and designed to scale the operational side of youth sports — staffing, compliance, and payments — so organizers can run better events with less chaos.
