How Does Payment Work for a Stipend Event I'm Confirmed to Attend?

Stipend payments are either made directly by the event operator in a variety of payment options or they processed by Tourney Direct via TD Pay on behalf of the event organizer.

To find out how your stipend will be paid:

1. Log in to the Tourney Direct stipend portal and view the Stipend Dashboard to locate the event in question.
2. Click the "Event Details" icon (page icon with a small person icon in the bottom right hand corner) in the actions column.

When will I receive my stipend payment?

Payment timing is set by each event organizer, not by Tourney Direct. To help you know what to expect, we surface two key columns in the stipend portal:

• Status

  • Shows your individual payment status.

  • Only payments marked Paid have been sent to you.

• Estimated Payout Timeline

  • Reflects the organizer’s average turnaround from event end to when they provide the payment funds.

• • Displays Paid Out once the organizer has sent the stipend funds (*this is not your personal payment status).

Once an organizer actually sends your payment, the Status column will switch to Paid. If you have questions about a specific payout, please contact the event organizer directly.
