How Do I Add My Availability for Events?
The Availability feature allows you to manage your availability and assignments for upcoming events. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Choose Your Officiating Group
At the top of the page, use the dropdown menu to select which officiating group(s) you want to submit availability for.

If you work multiple groups, choose the one you want to view.

Select “Show All Officiating Groups” to see everything.
Step 2: Filter by Month (Optional)
Use the Month filter on the right to narrow events by date.

Select a specific month

Or leave it on “All Upcoming” to see everything
Step 3: Submit Your Availability
Each event displays the dates it runs.
For each date:

Click the dropdown next to the date.

Select one option:

Available All Day
-
Morning (Before 12:30 PM)
-
Afternoon (After 12:30 PM)
-
Not Available
-
Once finished:
-
Click Submit Availability at the bottom of the event.
You’ll see a confirmation message once it’s saved.
Step 4: Edit Availability (If Needed)
Need to make a change?
-
Click Edit Availability
-
Update your selections
-
Click Submit again
- The Assignor/Umpire in Charge will automatically be notified of your updated availability
Step 5: View Your Assignments
If you’ve been assigned to games:

Your assignments will appear directly under the event.
-
You’ll see the number of games and full details.
If no assignments are listed, you have not been scheduled yet.
Step 6: Accept or Decline Assignments
When assignments appear:

Click Accept Assignment to confirm

Or click Reject if you are unavailable
Your response is saved immediately and the Assignor/Umpire in Charge is automatically notified.
Sync Your Game Assignments to Your Calendar
Subscribe once to automatically add all of your assigned games to your personal calendar.
New assignments, time changes, and removals will update automatically — no need to add events manually.
After subscribing, your calendar will refresh periodically to stay up to date.
