Trouble Accessing My Stipend Portal Account

Follow these helpful steps to successfully access your stipend portal account.

I'm having trouble logging into my stipend portal account.

There are several reasons why that may be the case.  

  1. Have you registered for a stipend portal account?
    1. If you aren't sure if you have registered for a portal account, please reach out to us at info@tourneydirect.com.  We can do a quick look-up to confirm whether you have registered or not.
    2. If you haven't registered for a portal account, you can register for one using this link:  https://stipends.tourneydirect.com/portal-register-page
    3. After you've submitted your registration form, you'll receive an email within a few minutes (5 or so) asking you to create a password.  
  2. Have you created a password?
    1. If you know you've registered for a portal account, you can first try to reset your password.  If you have tried to reset your password and it didn't work, please reach out to us at info@tourneydirect.com.  We can perform a quick check to see if you have created a password.  If you haven't created a password, we will trigger the "Create a Password" email to be resent to you.  The email should appear in your inbox within a few minutes (5 or so).  Please be sure to adhere to our password creation recommendations.
