Follow these helpful steps to successfully access your stipend portal account.
I'm having trouble logging into my stipend portal account.
There are several reasons why that may be the case.
- Have you registered for a stipend portal account?
- If you aren't sure if you have registered for a portal account, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We can do a quick look-up to confirm whether you have registered or not.
- If you haven't registered for a portal account, you can register for one using this link: https://stipends.tourneydirect.com/portal-register-page
- After you've submitted your registration form, you'll receive an email within a few minutes (5 or so) asking you to create a password.
- Have you created a password?
- If you know you've registered for a portal account, you can first try to reset your password. If you have tried to reset your password and it didn't work, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can perform a quick check to see if you have created a password. If you haven't created a password, we will trigger the "Create a Password" email to be resent to you. The email should appear in your inbox within a few minutes (5 or so). Please be sure to adhere to our password creation recommendations.
