Tourney Direct partners with Stripe for secure payments. If you are under the age of 18, it is required that a legal guardian sign off on your Stripe account before your funds can be transferred to your bank account.
Is there an age limit to creating a TD Pay account via Stripe?
You must meet Stripe’s age requirements to set up a TD Pay account:
1. Minimum Age: 13 years old

Individuals 13 or older may apply for a Stripe account.
2. Under 18? A legal guardian is required

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be designated as the account owner.

That guardian is responsible for:

Agreeing to Stripe’s Terms of Service on your behalf

3. Guardian verification
Stripe may ask the designated guardian to provide:
