      Flexible Payment Options for Efficient Stipend Budget Processing

      Simplify Payroll with TD Pay

      TD Pay streamlines payroll processing and budgeting for your sports operations, seamlessly integrated into Tourney Direct’s all-in-one platform. It’s built into TD Teams and available as an add-on for TD Staff, offering flexibility and efficiency for your events, teams, and leagues.

      How Does TD Pay Work?

      For TD Staff (Add-On Option for Events):
      You have two flexible payment options:

      1. Pre-Event Invoicing (Projected):

        • Tourney Direct invoices you two weeks in advance for the projected stipend budget based on confirmed attendees.
        • Stipend payments are sent in real-time at the conclusion of the event.
        • A final adjustment ("true-up") occurs 7 days post-event to account for missed check-ins or discrepancies.

      2. Post-Event Invoicing (Actuals):

        • Tourney Direct invoices you after the event for the actual stipend budget.
        • Payments are made to staff after the budget payment is received. A projected payment date is shared with event staff.

      For TD Teams (Integrated Option for Clubs, House and Rec Teams, and Leagues):

      What Are the Payment Options for Sending the Stipend Budget?

      Tourney Direct offers flexible payment options to suit your needs:

      1. Check (No Fees!)

      • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (excluding mailing time). Once processed, stipend payments are sent immediately.
      • Details:
        • Make checks payable to: Tourney Direct
        • Include your invoice number in the memo section.

      2. Bank Transfer (Fastest Turn-Around Time!)

      • Processing Time: Up to 2 business days. Once processed, stipend payments are sent immediately.
      • Details: Use the bank transfer information provided at the bottom of your invoice to complete the payment.

      3. ACH Direct Debit

      • Processing Time: 5 business days. Once processed, stipend payments are sent immediately.
