I missed checking in at the event. What are my next steps?

You can check-in on event day or contact Tourney Direct within 7 days post-event to verify attendance and ensure your stipend payment is processed.

Important Reminder: You can check-in to an event at any time on the scheduled day of your confirmed attendance.

As a helpful reminder, Tourney Direct sends an email notification roughly 30 minutes after the event’s start time to any coach, staff member, trainer, or official who hasn’t yet checked in.

If you still forget to check in by scanning the QR code, you have up to 7 days after the event’s conclusion to contact Tourney Direct. Once we verify that you were confirmed for a stipend and were present at the event, our support team will remotely check you in to initiate the stipend payment process.

If you're ever unsure whether your scan was successful or want to double-check, simply log into the Tourney Direct stipend portal and navigate to the "My Events" dashboard. The status column will update from "confirmed" to "checked-in" once your scan is processed, and later to "paid" when your stipend is sent. It’s an easy way to ensure everything is on track!
