Learn how to control your job post visibility by expiring or extending listings with ease.
Job Post Duration and Management on TD Jobs
Once your job post is submitted, reviewed, verified, and made active, it will remain live on the TD Jobs marketplace for 30 days. If the job post is not extended before the 30-day period ends, it will automatically become inactive.
Expiring a Job Post Before 30 Days
If you’ve found the right candidate and wish to end your job search before the 30-day period expires, follow these steps:
- Log into the Tourney Direct portal.
- Navigate to the "Jobs" tab.
- Use the column filters to locate the job post.
- Click the orange pencil icon in the "Expiry Date" column.
- Update the expiration date to make the post inactive, removing it from the TD Jobs marketplace.
Extending a Job Post Beyond 30 Days
If you’d like to keep your job post active beyond the initial 30 days and have the necessary available licenses, follow these steps:
- Log into the Tourney Direct portal.
- Go to the "Jobs" tab.
- Locate the job post using the column filters.
- Click the orange pencil icon in the "Expiry Date" column.
- Adjust the expiration date to extend the posting period and keep it visible on the TD Jobs marketplace.
By proactively managing your job post expiration, you can ensure your listings align with your hiring needs.
