What it is
The Event Hub is your single, self-serve workspace for everything tied to one event. From one screen you fill in the details your confirmed staff need, upload your files, manage your complexes, and publish a clean, branded event page that staff receive.
The same information updates your event record automatically and powers Teddy, your Tourney Direct AI assistant, so staff can ask Teddy questions and get accurate answers pulled straight from what you entered.
How you use it

Open it from your event. Click “Edit Event” on your event dashboard. The Event Hub opens with that event already loaded with the information we have on file to date. |

Fill in the details. Add schedule and arrival times, location and complexes, parking, your onsite point of contact, pay/stipend info, and notes for each staff type. |

Upload your files. Drag in your field map, rules, parking pass, and schedule. Each upload shows a preview so you always know what’s attached. |

Watch the readiness meter. A live panel shows what’s still missing, so you know the moment your event page is fully ready for staff to review and prepare. |

Sharing the staff page is automatic! Your branded staff page link is shared to staff in their portal and Teddy sends it out with the event text reminders. |
