How Tourney Direct’s Two-Step Confirmation Process Reduces Churn and Strengthens Staff Commitment
As coaches, event staff, trainers, and officials indicate their interest and availability for your event, they will automatically appear on your event dashboard as potential candidates for selection. Once you confirm any staff member, they will receive an e-confirmation email, and their portal will be updated to reflect their confirmed status.
Beginning 60 days before your event, automated reminders will be sent via email and SMS, prompting confirmed staff to reconfirm their attendance, ensuring they are fully committed to participating. These reminders continue leading up to the event until a confirmed staff has cancelled, transferred, or re-confirmed their attendance.
In your Tourney Direct event dashboard, confirmed staff will initially appear with a "Confirmed" status. Once they reconfirm their attendance, their status will update to "Second Confirmed," reducing churn and providing greater confidence in your event staffing projected turnouts.
