Cancellations happen for various reasons, and to ensure full transparency, the Tourney Direct portal offers a cancellation feature. When you cancel through the portal, the event operator is notified, and your attendance status is updated in both your portal and theirs. Your cancellation rate reflects the percentage of confirmed stipends you’ve canceled over time, providing insight into your availability.

To help manage unexpected changes, a transfer feature is available in the portal, allowing you to transfer your confirmed stipend spot to another coach, ensuring coverage and minimizing disruption.

Your no-show rate tracks the percentage of confirmed stipend spots you’ve missed without communicating your unavailability, cancellation, or arranging a transfer. If no action is taken, it’s assumed you plan to attend as confirmed. Failing to show up without notice impacts your reliability record, which is shared with event operators to inform their hiring decisions.

Both cancellation and no-show rates are displayed to event operators during the stipend staffing process to support informed and reliable hiring for their events.
