Clear Guidelines for TD Staff, TD Jobs, and Legacy TD Managed Services
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For TD Staff:
- Monthly Fee:
- You may cancel at any time with a 60-day notice. During this period, you will retain access to the portal and your data to address any pending questions.
- Annual Fee:
- Annual subscriptions with a discounted rate cannot be canceled mid-term. However, you may choose not to renew at the end of the 12-month period.
For TD Jobs:
- Monthly Renewal:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling ensures your monthly fee will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
For TD Managed (Legacy Service):
Please note: This service is no longer available for new customers.
- Event Cancellations:
- If a TD Managed customer cancels an event, the following cancellation fees will apply per event:
- 30 days or fewer before the event date: 100% of the total service cost
- 45 days before the event date: 75% of the total service cost
- 90 days before the event date: 50% of the total service cost
- 180 days before the event date: 25% of the total service cost
- More than 180 days before the event date: No fee (0% of the total service cost)
- If a TD Managed customer cancels an event, the following cancellation fees will apply per event:
